<p>Location: Rochdale</p>
<p>Salary Up To: £25,000</p>
<p>My client requires an enthusiastic, self motivated, sales orientated Online Marketing Executive to join their expanding mail order business. </p>
<p>Working closely with their Marketing Manager, the Online Marketing Executive duties will include;</p>
<p>•	Maintaining and helping to develop the eCommerce websites<br />
<br />•	Adding new products, writing copy, altering prices, adding offers and news<br />
<br />•	Preparing email newsletters and advertisements.<br />
<br />•	Planning and carrying out direct marketing activities<br />
<br />•	PPC campaigns. (ad copy, keywords, management of the campaign, understanding the Google analytics, evaluating cost per conversion and ROI).<br />
<br />•	Marketing support will include helping with SEO development, setting up competitions and working on our social networking brand presence.<br />
<br />•	Maintaining our eBay shop.	</p>
<p>The Online Marketing Executive responsibilities will not be rigidly defined and sometimes you may have to undertake other tasks to ensure the smooth running of this small company.</p>
<p>•	Gathering marketing data<br />
<br />•	Assisting the sales team with order processing and answering incoming order calls.<br />
<br />•	Attending exhibitions and shows<br />
<br />The ideal Online Marketing Executive for this role will have experience in the following:<br />
<br />•	Online marketing, including<br />
<br />•	PPC, SEO and social networking. You will have<br />
<br />•	Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a passion for online marketing.<br />
<br />•	Basic understanding of<br />
<br />o	Photoshop<br />

<p>Responsibilities</p>
<p>•	The Senior Digital Account Manager will be the hub of the account communication, managing day to day enquiries and requests from clients (both European and Global) and local markets</p>

<p>You will expand and monitor the charities presence on social networking sites, and develop digital media on their own sites such as message boards and hosted chat room events.  Working closely with the team, you will inspire and promote the benefits and opportunities of digital media.   Also, you will produce content for web and print including edit and produce podcasts and write and edit articles.</p>
<p>You must be passionate about new media and have extensive experience of using social networking sites professionally, with current knowledge of trends in digital media and an eye for future developments and opportunities. As you are working directly with some vulnerable people you must be friendly and approachable, and able to explain technology in non-technical language. The post also requires excellent writing skills for both web and print and a familiarity with CMSs.</p>
<p>This is initially a 1 year fixed term contract.</p>

<p>PlayStation®Network Store Operations Manager  </p>
<p>Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) is the central support organisation for over 100 countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Australasia, marketing the world’s most popular computer games platforms – PS one®, PlayStation®2, PlayStation®Portable and PLAYSTATION®3 and the emerging online PLAYSTATION®Network platform.  </p>
<p>The PlayStation®Network Store is the online store for distributing game related and multi-media content downloads via the PlayStation®Network. </p>
<p>Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: </p>
<p>The role is responsible for the management, development and delivery of PSN Store operations. PSN Store operations include: The PlayStation®Network (PSN) Store, In-Game Stores and any other customer facing SCEE stores </p>
<p>The PSN Store Operations Manager will also work to improve efficiencies and processes for all e-commerce services related to the PSN Store and the PlayStation®Portal.   </p>
<p>The role is responsible for ensuring that the PSN Store delivers the right experience and that the customers’ experience meets the business’ requirements.   </p>
<p>The role has full line-management responsibility for the PSN Store Operations team.  </p>
<p>There are four main delivery areas for the role:   </p>
<p>·         PSN Store Operations Strategy.  </p>
<p>·         PSN Store Project Activity: Manage the development and introduction of new content types or stores   </p>
<p>·         Management of PSN Store Operations.  </p>
<p>·         Development and Management of the PSN Store Team.  </p>
<p>The successful candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce / web publishing and be used to operating in an environment with publishing deadlines. They will have managed teams of 15+ people. </p>
<p>There is a significant amount of change and expansion within the store in terms of content, features and devices, which will require the focus and lead of the manager.The candidate will have a strong and demonstrable understanding of publishing / e-commerce systems, so they can develop the operational and system strategy of the store.  </p>
<p>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED  </p>
<p>·         substantial experience within a digital/media online service publishing environment. </p>
<p>·         substantial experience of line managing and developing teams. </p>
<p>·         substantial project management experience. </p>
<p>·         Experience in business process reengineering and ongoing management of business processes. </p>
<p>·         Experience of managing supplier and customer relations. </p>
<p>·         Experience of systems development life cycle and Agile desirable. </p>
<p>·         Knowledge of content management systems or e-commerce platforms. </p>
<p>·         Understanding of workflow management and process automation. </p>
<p>·         Knowledge of UML in the context of business process mapping, workflow and data modelling. </p>
<p>·         Understanding of local country culture and behaviour across European markets. </p>
<p>·         Above average computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project). </p>
<p>·         Degree in media, multimedia, marketing IT or management. </p>
<p>·         Project management qualification. </p>
<p>•ITIL qualification desirable. </p>

<p>Overview</p>
<p>We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Online Product Manager to join our Product team to focus on the development of a premium shopping experience.</p>
<p>Based on market knowledge, research and a devotion to the MOO customer, the Product team is responsible for the strategy, development and performance of MOO’s industry leading product portfolio and online shopping experience.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for developing a premium online shopping experience to match our physical products. The Product Manager will own the development of the online store, shopping and payments experience for the MOO customer. </p>
<p>The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Product and will ideally demonstrate: </p>
<p>-	a passion for creating remarkable online experience;</p>
<p>-	a deep understanding of customer wants and needs;</p>
<p>-	a confident grasp of ecommerce and up to date on evolving web trends;</p>
<p>-	ability to focus on existing product needs while keeping an eye on future trends and opportunities for innovations;</p>
<p>-	the ability to own the product development process from business need through to launch.</p>
<p>Responsibilities: </p>
<p>Work closely with Head of Product to translate business strategies into online store strategies, partnerships and initiatives that deliver against our core customer wants and needs;</p>
<p>Responsible for site conversion and development of an award winning online store;</p>
<p>Responsible for developing a premium shopping experience for MOO’s customers;</p>
<p>Ensure the consumers voice is represented through all online store initiatives;</p>
<p>Effectively collaborate with Technical, Marketing, UX, Design and Operations teams to successfully drive projects through to completion;</p>
<p>Manage partner relationships, identifying necessary and/or desirable third-party features and managing partnership integration;</p>
<p>Management and execution of quarterly roadmap;</p>
<p>Producing weekly status reports for the relevant teams and management team.</p>
<p>About You</p>
<p>Experience &amp; Qualifications Required:</p>
<p>Proven experience in Product Management (concept through to launch) preferably from an ecommerce background;</p>
<p>Proven ability of taking a product concept through all states of definition and development through to launch;</p>
<p>Working knowledge of Agile methodology in an online environment;</p>
<p>Must come from an online background.</p>

<p>The main objective for the Physical Product Manager will be to create truly remarkable products (print products, accessories), which our customers will love! Furthermore, you will help define the vision for physical products, developing a deep insight into what our customers will want and need. </p>
<p>The Physical Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Product and will ideally demonstrate: </p>
<p>-	a passion for creating premium print products and accessories;</p>
<p>-	a confident grasp of the evolving design and self-customised products market;</p>
<p>-	ability to focus on existing product needs while keeping an eye on future design trends and opportunities for innovation;</p>
<p>-	the ability to own the product development process from business need through to launch.</p>
<p>Responsibilities: </p>
<p>Work closely with Head of Product to translate business strategies into product strategies, partnerships and initiatives that deliver against our core customer wants and needs;</p>
<p>Responsible for the evolution and revolution of our products to ensure MOO are at the cutting edge;</p>
<p>Responsible for developing a deep insight into what our customers want and recommend new products or enhancements to existing products based on customer data and market trends;</p>
<p>Involved in the design process from the product initiation through to launch and working very closely with the Product Designer on the development of all new physical products (print products and accessories);</p>
<p>Lead major new product initiatives through the entire product development lifecycle (concept, business case requirement definition, product design, development, launch, measurement and iteration);</p>
<p>Manage partner relationships, identifying necessary and/or desirable third-party features and managing partnership integration;</p>
<p>Producing weekly status reports for the relevant teams and management team.</p>
