Job Description:

Navigation has partnered with a leading CRM Consultancy in search for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst to be responsible for producing high quality documentation such as functional designs, training and test materials. You will work closely with our clients customers from initial meeting, through requirements gathering to analysis and BPR.

The successful Business Analyst will be confident, with excellent communication and client facing skills and hold 3+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will have significant project experience ranging from small, compact projects through to large enterprise CRM solutions.

In addition you will have a general appreciation / understanding of the Microsoft stack and related technologies and the ability to operate at all levels within an organisation.

There will be travel involved with this role, therefore you must hold a full UK Driving License.
