Job Description:

Navigation has partnered with a leading agency with offices throughout the UK in search for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join their Bristol based team where you will be responsible for day-to-day task management of project based engagements.

As primary client delivery contact you will ensure project scope is defined, create and manage the project plan, and provide direction to the project team.

In addition you be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of projects to ensure that the project goals are accomplished and client needs are met.

You will work to gain an understanding of the clients’ business requirements and objectives, and subsequently managing the solution definition process.

Key responsibilities are accountabilities are as follows:-

• Understanding the clients’ business requirements and objectives, and subsequently managing the solution definition process.

• Define responsibilities of the project team.

• Create and manage including estimation, tracking, and monitoring progress.

• Establish and oversee workflow, allocating team members.

• Manage deliverable and review process through conducting project reviews and reporting against success criteria.

• Producing status reports internally and to client as appropriate.

• Identify and manage project issues & risks; escalating as required, including managing progress.

• Develop project proposals and statements of work.

• Managing suppliers (in-house or third party).

• Manage and develop process for scope changes / change requests.

• Creating estimates and keep the project within approved budget.

• Seek to maximise revenue through project delivery (profit margin).

• Day to day leadership and motivation of a project, managing multiple workstreams (concept, design, development, testing) and inter-agency colleagues.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with previous Project Management experience. Experience within a similar role would be highly advantageous as would Prince 2 Certification and commercial experience within an agency environment.
