Job Description:
My client, a very successful sales company, are now seeking an IT Sales Executive to join their team.
The successful candidate will work within a target driven environment to proactively manage and maintain the existing customer base as well as identifying and developing long term new business relationships.
You will work to gain an understanding of customer needs through questioning, probing and listening with the aim of exceeding customer expectations and delivering high quality service. To fit within the team you must understand the importance of working well within a team and can demonstrate effectiveness through personal commitment.
This is a telephone based sales role so you must be able to demonstrate experience of growing relationships and developing long term profitable business relationships over the telephone, as well as display a clear understanding of core Customer Service principles.
The successful candidate will be very enthusiastic with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills with the ability to work well within a highly motivated sales team. You will have the desire to develop a long term career in business to business sales and have aptitude to plan, organise and prioritise own workload making profitable and effective use of time.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 1 years experience within a similar telesales role.
