Relationship Marketing Manager

This leading entertainment company is looking for a Relationship Marketing Manager to look after marketing activity, sponsorship, partnerships, Online advertising and Agency management

The broad tasks of the job are:

Third Party Marketing

- Overall responsibility for the co-ordination and planning of marketing activity for 3rd party products. To deliver the campaigns you will need to work with online marketing, online Store team, CRM team, trade marketing, Social network team and third party account directors

- Work with the central media agency to monitor media planning and buying

Partnership Marketing

- ID existing key partnerships with a view of looking at how we can exploit these relationships across other areas of the business

- Act as the first point of contact for third party partnership activity

- Development of partnership activity with like minded partners

- Pro-active management of all key partners

Online Advertising Revenue

- Day to Day management of all Digital activity (ad sign off, flagging issues etc)

- Day to day management of online advertising sales

- Primary contact for DIGA agencies

- Development of monthly reports for all parties – tracking sales and trends

Job requirements

Educated to degree standard. Able to think through problems to find appropriate solutions and challenge established work practices for the improvement of departmental performance.

Suit graduate with at least 5 years work experience in a marketing role.

Communicative – strong interpersonal skills are required in an externally facing department – effective communication is fundamental

Strong negotiation skills are required to deal with many high level internal and external contacts

Self-starter – highly motivated individual to keep pace in a very busy office..

Commercial outlook – pragmatic and reliable.

Organised – able to prioritise and organise a varied and full workload.

Team player – broad level of involvement across many marketing areas and many other functions where collaboration and co-operation are essential.

Computer literate – experience of all major business applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and databases.

Interest in videogames, broadband and technology – advantage but not essential.

Second European language – advantage but not essential.
