Calling all Flash Gordon’s and Flash Gloria’s!, Zebra People are currently on the hunt for Experienced Flash Developers with an array of skills including AS2, AS3, Papervision, Flex and Air. We are looking for candidates for both permanent and freelance roles so we would be interested in hearing from candidates who are looking for either or! Senior Flash Developer, Permanent Role – London up to 45k

* experience of online advertising, microsite and Rich

application development for blue-chip brands.

* Expertise with OOP techniques, AS 2 and AS3.

* Experience with a wide range of Interactive

technologies/techniques including Flex, Air,

Papervision, Flash remoting, flash communication

server and XML.

* Knowledge of how to make ideas work across various OS

and browser platforms..

* The ability to lead other less experienced flash

developers and designers and help them develop new

skills.

* Experience with Rich media serving platforms

(Eyeblaster, Flashtalking, DoubleClick Studio) and

the ability to push them to achieve greater creative

and interaction results

Flash Developer, Contract Role – London

* Experience of creating graphically rich Flash

applications with elegant effect

* Extensive knowledge and practical experience of both

ActionScript 2 and 3 to create advanced OOP based

applications

* Experience of using Agile methodology

* Experience of the challenges of developing Flash such

as memory management and low level performance tuning

* Track record of working within a team and using

collaborative software tools such as version control,

issue management and wikis.
