Job Description:

Web Editor urgently required for Charity in London.

One of the UKs great charities is urgently looking for a website editor to join their team on a three month contract. This is with the view to the role becoming permanent.

You’ll be responsible for developing editorial content for their new website, microsites, intranet and e-communications that is clear and engaging. You should be a confident user of HTML and CMS to maintain and update the website. You will also be managing the supply and upload of all latest news copy and images to the website and staff intranet. (min two to three stories per week for the website, five per week for the intranet)

As well as having experience of writing, editing and commissioning web based content, you should have previous experience using HTML, Photoshop and CMS with any other technical skills being a bonus. You should also have fantastic communications skills and be able to communicate well with people from both non-technical and technical backgrounds.
