Job Description:

We are looking for Testing and QA Manager with 3+ years experience to help our client architect and improve QA and testing teams for campaigns and bespoke software development.

This role involves looking at data and data migration so you may come from a database programmer background and be proficient in SQL and Oracle.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for a team of QA and Test Analysts as well as have functional responsibilities aligned with improving project and campaign quality by assisting with the preparation of test plans and the testing of software to company guidelines and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluates, maintains and improves QA and Testing roles and responsibilities

• Facilitates the development, implementation and adherence of testing department standards

• Evaluates and implements training and development needs for team.

• Manages team compliance with existing measures for reporting testing efforts.

• Co-ordinate all testing tasks within team

• Team training, mentoring and career development.

• Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities.

Skills / Attributes Required

• Strong QA and testing industry knowledge

• Software quality assurance experience

• The ability to work to agreed deadlines

• Experience of coordinating people to complete tasks
