Job Description:
Our client is a top 10 digital agency that manage the digital market strategy and implementation of a large client base boasting a number of high profile blue chips which has been built purely on referral. They are now recruiting for a Head of Marketing and Communications to join their success.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively up to board level. You will have previous relevant experience, preferably within an agency environment as well as some experience of budget management.
You will be enthusiastic with excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities with some project management experience. In addition it is essential that you have a familiarity with the digital marketing industry and a strong understanding of the needs of media editors.
Key responsibilities will include:-
• Proactively growing the awareness and reputation of the company.
• Setting the internal and external marketing communications strategies for the business.
• Supporting other business units to generate sales leads and referrals.
The role will be broken down into the following key areas:-
• Strategy
• Media Relations
• Management of website content / contact
• Marketing
• Internal communications
• Team management
• Other ad-hoc projects that raise the profile of the organisation
