My client is one of the most well known and critically acclaimed International Marketing Agencies in the World with an immediate position available for a Senior Digital Account Manager. Due to an increase in market share and client acquisition they have a new opportunity available for a Senior Digital Account Manager specialising in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is an exciting role with a fast moving company and reputation for surpassing expectations and excellent delivery.
Role
My client is looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager specialising in the Pharmaceutical Industry to work on a variety of blue chip clients; providing strategic digital guidance, co-ordinating marketing activity across multiple offices, managing implementation of regional digital media and search campaigns and being involved in growing the clients’ business.
The successful Senior Digital Account Manager specialising in the Pharmaceutical Industry will have knowledge of digital media, knowledge of search and tracking and have a proven track record in multi-market account and campaign management. You should understand the role of digital marketing within the total communication landscape.
Responsibilities
• The Senior Digital Account Manager will be the hub of the account communication, managing day to day enquiries and requests from clients (both European and Global) and local markets
• Responsible for managing and delivering communication to markets and providing consumer insight, strategy, tracking & asset management
• Oversee local market campaigns, collating digital plans and assisting markets with relevant account enquires
• As the Senior Digital Account Manager you will manage, mentor and develop the Account Executives
• Work and share information / learning with other team members and the end clients agencies to deliver overall client objectives, providing visibility and detail on request
• Collate relevant reports from markets and produce both client and internal reports: including media guidelines (central strategic guidelines),health checks, post buys & case studies
• Help provide creative solutions to both clients and local market offices with a view to encourage and educate online and offline integration and the use of value added content and centralised assets within media plans
• Input into client presentations (both strategic and creative) when required
• Senior Digital Account Managers will attend client and interagency meetings when required
• Manage and update all relevant account files and folders including contacts lists and market research documents
• Input into new business for the end client including creation and management of strategy and regional marketing campaigns (including media and search)
Requirements
• Strong senior digital account / project management skills within a digital environment
• Proven ability to analyse data and report media campaign progress
• Familiarity with any of the following: media buying, search (SEO and PPC), eCRM, social and content disciplines. Knowledge of mobile marketing an advantage
• Excellent client management skills with a proven track record of working with brands
• Ability to pre-empt problems and be pro-active in producing solutions
• High degree of numeracy and literacy: must be fluent in the English language ( a second language an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work to timescale (work under pressure and short deadlines)
Requirements
• Degree qualified in a Life Science subject
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• General understanding of website components, social networks & media placements
• MS office required & HTML/web skills desirable
• Well organised
• Attention to detail
• Self motivated
