New Business Sales Executive:£23-24k+Commission
Our client is part of the one of the UK’s largest newspapers publishers, that has over 3.7 million registered candidates across its portfolio of job sites, The portfolio comprises of specialist, market-leading jobsites, they are currently on the look for two fantastic New Business Media Sales Executives to join their team.
You will be:-
Responsible for own lead sourcing and generation – this will involve
competitor analysis of new businesses emerging – yell.com etc
Integrating in to a team environment and supporting team mates and
the atmosphere on the sales floor
Making sure all KPI’s (key performance indicators) are hit each day (call
times – pitches made – call amounts)
Always looking to improve skill sets and product knowledge.
They are looking for candidates who are highly focused, practical and who
have a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to use their initiative to solve problems
quickly. As well as commercial flair, you will have excellent social and
networking skills and won’t be fazed by problems and set-backs.
Most importantly, you will be able to source significant levels of new business and developing strong client relationships and delivering the highly professional
service for which they are renowned.
Their experience suggests that people with a proven track-record in internet, media and
recruitment backgrounds do best at this company but we are also happy to consider
outstanding sales people from other industries.
