<p>You will expand and monitor the charities presence on social networking sites, and develop digital media on their own sites such as message boards and hosted chat room events.  Working closely with the team, you will inspire and promote the benefits and opportunities of digital media.   Also, you will produce content for web and print including edit and produce podcasts and write and edit articles.</p>
<p>You must be passionate about new media and have extensive experience of using social networking sites professionally, with current knowledge of trends in digital media and an eye for future developments and opportunities. As you are working directly with some vulnerable people you must be friendly and approachable, and able to explain technology in non-technical language. The post also requires excellent writing skills for both web and print and a familiarity with CMSs.</p>
<p>This is initially a 1 year fixed term contract.</p>

<p>Overview</p>
<p>We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Online Product Manager to join our Product team to focus on the development of a premium shopping experience.</p>
<p>Based on market knowledge, research and a devotion to the MOO customer, the Product team is responsible for the strategy, development and performance of MOO’s industry leading product portfolio and online shopping experience.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for developing a premium online shopping experience to match our physical products. The Product Manager will own the development of the online store, shopping and payments experience for the MOO customer. </p>
<p>The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Product and will ideally demonstrate: </p>
<p>-	a passion for creating remarkable online experience;</p>
<p>-	a deep understanding of customer wants and needs;</p>
<p>-	a confident grasp of ecommerce and up to date on evolving web trends;</p>

<p>Experience &amp; Qualifications Required:</p>
<p>Proven experience in Product Management (concept through to launch) preferably from an ecommerce background;</p>

<p>Overview</p>
<p>We’re looking for an amazing Senior Web Designer to join our Creative team based in Old Street, London on a contract basis.</p>
<p>As part of a strong, creative team you’ll be reporting to the Creative Director, and working collaboratively with a more junior member of the design team. You’ll be liaising with the Product Manager and Information Architect, helping to move designs from structured wireframes to final designed pages of this e-commerce site.</p>
<p>A fun but hard-working environment, everything is designed with the customer in mind. Usability is at the forefront, but never at the expense of, great visual design.</p>
<p>This role is for the duration of a site re-design, and will draw on experience and knowledge gained designing large-scale e-commerce sites. Some pages will be static – others ultimately templated, and so experience of making large scale, informative sites beautiful is vital!</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Responsible for helping to re-develop the look and feel of moo.com, working closely with the Creative Director and a wider team at a senior level;</p>
<p>Working collaboratively with, and mentoring more junior members of the team on best practice.</p>

They are now recruiting for a Head of Marketing and Communications to join their success.  </p>
<p>The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively up to board level.  You will have previous relevant experience, preferably within an agency environment as well as some experience of budget management.</p>
<p>You will be enthusiastic with excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities with some project management experience.  In addition it is essential that you have a familiarity with the digital marketing industry and a strong understanding of the needs of media editors.  </p>

<p>Our client is a market leader within the Education sector boasting web based software at the cutting edge of technology.  They are now seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join their expanding development team.  </p>
<p>The successful candidate will be working on to work on a unique, large scale PHP system, as well as a number of interesting development projects including involvement in leading these developments.  </p>
<p>The ideal candidate will be a highly talented individual who can bring new ideas and experience to table.  You will have excellent communication skills with a “can do” approach and have experience working in a fixed deadline environment.</p>
<p>In addition you will possess excellent knowledge and experience of the following technologies:-</p>
<p>•	PHP<br />
<br />•	SQL<br />
<br />•	JavaScript<br />
<br />•	Proficiency in other development languages.</p>

<p>Navigation has partnered with a leading interactive agency with a portfolio of high profile digital media clients, in search for an experienced Web Developer to be responsible for support the Technical Leads and Technical Architects in the development of world class enterprise applications for their clients.</p>
<p>The successful Web Developer will have excellent communication and customer liason skills with the ability to work well within multi disciplinary teams.  You will have a minimum 4 years User Interface development experience covering the full development lifecycle, including experience of large sites, built around content management software (CMS).</p>
<p>Key responsibilities and accountabilities are as follows;-</p>
<p>•	Develop custom User Interfaces for digital media clients.<br />
<br />•	Write quality code for deployment of on-time and on schedule.<br />
<br />•	Developing User Interfaces for enterprise applications.</p>
<p>Key technical skills will be as follows:-<br />
<br />•	Hand coded HTML, CSS, Javascript<br />
<br />•	Flash / ActionScript / Silverlight<br />
<br />•	Frameworks / Libraries (ie jQuery, MooTools)<br />
<br />•	Good understanding of Object Oriented (OO) approach, processes and methods </p>
<p>It would be highly advantageous to have experience of the following:-<br />
<br />•	Mark-up languages (ie MCML, XHTML, DHTML)<br />
<br />•	XML / XSLT </p>
